By accessing this website, purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, or participating in any service offered by Creative HQ LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

1. Company

These Terms apply to creativehq.com and all related domains, programs, courses, coaching services, mentorship programs, live events, productions, digital downloads, and offerings operated by Creative HQ LLC (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Company — including videos, training materials, downloads, graphics, branding, logos, proprietary systems, educational materials, and production content — is the exclusive property of Creative HQ LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, record, resell, or commercially exploit any Company content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Participant Media & Likeness Release

By participating in any Creative HQ program, coaching, mentorship, workshop, production, live event, or related activity, you grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to photograph, film, record, and use your name, image, likeness, voice, performance, and statements for educational, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes across all media platforms.

You understand that you will not receive compensation for such use unless agreed in writing. You waive any right to inspect or approve final materials and release the Company from claims related to publicity, privacy, or compensation.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify the Company in writing prior to participation.

4. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

The Company provides educational, mentorship, and strategic services. The Company does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice.

Results vary. The Company makes no guarantees regarding income, career advancement, client acquisition, project success, distribution opportunities, or industry outcomes. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, decisions, execution, and market conditions.

5. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All payments are due as stated at checkout. By enrolling in any Creative HQ program, coaching service, mentorship, or live event, you acknowledge that the Company incurs significant upfront costs, including but not limited to production planning, location rentals, equipment reservations, casting, crew coordination, scheduling commitments, and administrative preparation.

Coaching (Monthly Services)

Monthly coaching fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions within a billing period.

Hands-On Mentorship Programs & Live Events

Due to production planning and limited seat availability:

Payments are non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
No refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days prior to the program start date.
Once a program has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
Enrollment secures a limited seat and reserves production resources.
Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of the Company.
The Company may, at its discretion, offer transfer credit toward a future program date in lieu of a refund.

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and collection efforts.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in hands-on filmmaking training, live workshops, productions, or related activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks and release the Company from liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, participation in programs, reliance on Company materials, or inability to use services.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for performance or technical issues caused by third-party providers including, but not limited to, Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi, Zoom, hosting providers, or other platforms.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, revoke access, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
